I’ve been chasing finish lines — and the limits of my own endurance — since I was 17, when I signed up for my first half-marathon. I didn’t know it then, but that race would be the first step in a lifelong pursuit of pushing boundaries.
At 21, I took on my first truly pivotal challenge: biking 4,300 miles from Seattle to Washington, D.C. That ride taught me that progress isn’t about speed — it’s about showing up every single day, no matter the weather, the fatigue, or the doubts. Two years later, I returned to do it again, solidifying my belief that no challenge is too big when approached one mile at a time.
Since that first race, I’ve crossed the country twice by bike, run multiple marathons, endured record-breaking heat to complete a 100-mile ultramarathon, pedaled over the relentless Teton Pass, and completed the Tour Divide — 2,700+ miles from Canada to Mexico, self-supported, through some of the most challenging terrain in North America.
My coaching philosophy is simple: mindset sets the tone for everything. When you believe that any obstacle can be overcome with time and work, you start showing up differently — in training, in competition, and in life.
Outside of coaching, my life has been shaped by a background in soccer, swimming, and serving as an EMT, where I’ve met people from every walk of life. I train hard not only for myself, but to show my two younger brothers — and anyone watching — what’s possible when you give your all.
If you’re ready to see what you’re truly capable of, I’d love to help you get there.
